We’re aiming high — help us make history by raising $1 million for the 
Teacher Endowment Fund and reach our $5 million milestone, ensuring long-term support and excellence in Christian education for generations to come.

The Bellevue Christian School Teacher Endowment is a safeguarded investment fund designed to grow over time, enabling us to enhance teacher compensation at an accelerated pace. First introduced at the 2022 Annual Auction, this year’s “Raise the Paddle” initiative once again focuses on supporting the Teacher Endowment Fund. 

This endowment represents a lasting and strategic investment in the school’s future, empowering us to support both current and future faculty—who, in turn, shape the lives of our students. By creating an additional revenue stream, the Teacher Endowment Fund reinforces our commitment to strengthening teacher compensation and support while reducing our dependence on tuition alone to address this essential need. Building an endowment requires vision and dedication, making it a transformational investment in the future rather than a one-time contribution.
